Try and get close to your body weight as possible. If you can’t, no problem. Make sure you just record the weight you used.
Which brings me to my next point…It’s very important to RECORD all your workouts. Next time your at WalMart, grab and extra set of paper and start recording everything you do.
This will help motivate when you feel weak. You must know where you’ve come from, and this will allow you to know where your going. Stay focused my friends and results/goals will be achieved.
